So to everyone that wanted to know about my lentil soup, here it is!
You'll need:
1 lb bag of lentils (brownish ones)
1 red and green bell pepper
1/2 of an onion (or 1 onion if it's small)
2 tomatoes (I use Roma tomatoes)
2 stalks of celery
1 package of hot dog sausages
1 tablespoon of Knorr powder (beef flavored)
1 1/2 tablespoons of salt

2 stalks of celery
1 package of hot dog sausages
1 tablespoon of Knorr powder (beef flavored)
1 1/2 tablespoons of salt
Preparation:
Finely chop all the veggies and sausages. You can make the sausages as thick as you want them.
Add about 3/4 of a gallon of water to a pot. Add the bag of lentils, sausages, tomatoes and onion to the pot.
Let it boil for about 20-25 minutes, until almost done. About this time add the bell peppers and celery to the pot and boil for about 10 minutes or until the the lentils are fully soft.
To season the lentil soup you must be careful, because it can easily over salt and that's the last thing you want to do. In all honesty I gave you a low estimate to the seasoning. Just add little by little until you get the flavor you want.
